Origin: Brazil Blue is cultivated in a region named Ouro Fino, and is grown at an altitude of 600- 700 meters above sea level. It is one of the many origins within the southern corner of Brazil that produces coffee.
Tasting Notes: Dark cocoa scent, maintains body all through the sip, massive lingering aftertaste.
Hard to fault such a dark rich coffee, smooth and well balanced recommend-drinking black, as the base of a simple blend, or even run as a single. Will work well through all coffee apparatus, however for best results we recommend using it through an espresso machine or aeropress.
