Origin: Huehuetenango is the highest and driest region in Guatemala that coffee beens are cultivated. The coffee produced from this region is able to be grown at heights of up to 2000 meters and is ideal for the growth and cultivation of coffee.
Tasting Notes: Huge chocolate and hazelnut aroma, tastes of cocoa and berries with a thick in mouth feel. Reasonably acidic finish, tastes of the bitterness of a lemon.
A really well rounded coffee that I would be happy to use in any coffee apparatus, with or without milk. A great single origin also amazing as a blend or highlight. Works really well with v60 pour over and also as a cold brew/drip.
