Origin: Western Highlands of Oromia, Ethiopia. Coffee is grown at an altitude of 1700-2200 meters above sea level. The farm is situated in the Jimma zone and is named 'Kossa." Kossa Farm stretches over 400 hectares and is one of nine coffee regions in the area.
Tasting Notes: Reasonably light aroma spiced scent. The Limu has a low acidity, yet still maintains a sharp mouth feel. Slightly bitter finish, a slight chocolate aftertaste. Awesome as a single, excellent as a Highlight, great for plunger/stove top style coffee. Recommend drinking it black.
