Tiger Mountain (India)
Origin: Tiger Mountain Grows in the Baba Budan Giris region, which is named after the very man who founded the region, it is also believed to be the first coffee producing area in India.
Tasting Notes: Big on the nose, slightly acidic, also holds sweetness. Big syrup like mouth feel, a deep acidic aftertaste - think nuts and dark bitter chocolate.
Excellent espresso, amazing with an aeropress, great with milk or black, can be used as a single origin or in a blend.
