Revolution Rotisserie is located in Pleasant Ridge, but if you’re not in the mood to dine in, the eatery’s takeout is just as good. Try the lightning fried chicken sandwich with coleslaw, pickles and lightning sauce. Or you can get a half-bird (quarter white and quarter dark) in the Peruvian-inspired pollo a la brasa-style, with cilantro lime rice, aji verde sauce and pickled red onion, or opt for Nick’s hot chicken-style.

While Tuba is closed, you can find their wholesale pretzels at some local breweries like MadTree Taproom, Northern Row Brewery & Distillery and Nine Giant Brewing.

Everything else is made by pit master Tom Martin in house. Lucius Q has a variety of platters available for carry-out, like the brisket, pulled pork or smoked belly platter. Each comes with a choice of a classic barbecue side like coleslaw, baked beans or collard greens. They also offer pork belly tacos and chips and queso for a Mexican-fusion take on barbecue.

Good Plates Eatery opened just last year, but it has already made an impression on Cincinnatians. The eateries are great for dining in, especially with kids — they have a menu that offers a view of the kitchen — but is also an excellent choice when you want to take your pizza to-go.
