McDonald’s is the new Santa Claus!
Starting Monday, the burger chain is offering free food each day until Christmas.
Customers will be able to get freebie deals on McDonald’s classics like Big Macs, six-piece McNuggets, Egg McMuffins, and medium-sized fries.
To be eligible for the promotion, customers must spend at least $1 and make the order through the McDonald’s app, according to CNN.
Each day, the promotion will feature a menu item with a connection to a classic holiday character, such as Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Buddy the Elf, The Griswolds, Scrooge, and Frosty the Snowman.
Some of the free items include a double cheeseburger in honor of the Griswolds in “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” an Egg McMuffin for The Grinch, and a McFlurry for Frosty the Snowman, reported LifeHacker.
The company will also be offering free soft chocolate-chip cookies on Christmas Eve, and this giveaway does not require a $1 purchase.
Last month, the company announced that they will be bringing back the McRib, and offering them for free to customers who shave.
McDonald’s announced it is giving away 10,000 free McRib sandwiches. All you have to do is post a clean-shaven selfie on Twitter tagging #shave4mcribsweepstakes and @McDonalds.
