South county restaurateur Burt Rapoport is heading to fantastic lengths to satisfy a craving. Then once again, it is a recurring craving many locals share, one particular for homey, unpretentious Chinese foods, the variety folks in towns like San Francisco and New York might discover at go-to neighborhood spots.

Rapoport is opening a Chinese cafe in suburban Delray Seashore.

“I’m a Chinese food stuff supporter — perfectly, me together with absolutely everyone else. And you know it is difficult to locate a superior Chinese restaurant in our space,” claims Rapoport, who has employed a veteran government chef with intensive practical experience in Chinese and Japanese cuisines.
