Sadly, this small La Plata County town of nearly 3,000 is often overlooked, which is a shame, as it boasts friendly and welcoming residents, a beautiful San Juan Mountain landscape, and unique businesses. When you do get the pleasure of visiting, be sure to set aside time for not just the aforementioned but to visit Hong’s Garden Chinese Restaurant, which has some of the best Chinese food you will ever try:
